Hello Everyone,

Some of you have reported connection problems while you were taking your quiz. This is not a big problem. There are few solutions below. Please follow the steps to try and correct the problem.

1. Close your browser (firefox, internet explorer, safari, opera, chrome etc...).
2. Reopen your browser and login to the student portal again.
3. Click on the quiz again.
4. You should see "continue with the last attempt".
5. Click on the button and finish the quiz.

OR If you still have the connection problem, you can open the quiz again a few hours later or the next day when you can get a better connection.
